We promote and facilitate meaningful opportunities to travel at home and abroad. Whether you are a college student seeking life-long resume capital or a life-long adventurer, you will find our programs designed with you in mind.
The exciting summer 2024 opportunity to study international relations for 3 1/2 weeks at the Oxford Study Abroad Programme in the United Kingdom is under way. This three-week accredited summer course runs from July 3 to July 28, 2025. Details of the 2025 oppoprtunity will be released in due course.
Visit the world-class Ashmolean Museum, the Bodleian Library, and the pubs frequented by J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and 30 British Prime Ministers who studied at Oxford. Visit the 39 different colleges and their beautiful grounds, including those where the movie Harry Potter was filmed. Besides the Oxford experience and daily seminars on international relations, the program includes housing with laundry facilities and internet, a welcome reception, a walking tour of Oxford, a cruise down the river Thames, and bus excursions to London, Windsor, Cambridge, and Bath. Weekends are free to visit London or other European destinations.
Participants can and do travel around Europe before or after the July program.

Lead by experienced American and British professors, Learn through Travel is associated with the Oxford Study Abroad Programme.
Immersive Experience
Students will not only live in Oxford, they will also receive a walking tour of the "city of spires" conducted by an experienced guide well versed--in fact, certified--in the history of this unique British city.
Professor Lead
Ron Bee is the California professor of record for the Oxford Study Abroad International Relations Programme. He has worked in Washington, D C. for 15 years, and taught American foreign policy and national security policy at San Diego State University, the University of San Diego, Grossmont College, and Miramar College. Mr. Bee will ensure each student will experience Oxford to the fullest degree possible.
