What Will I Learn While Traveling Abroad?
đ Explore the World While You Learn!
Before your studies begin, you’ll get help planning your travel for the programâand even designing extra trips before, during, or after your course. âïž
This class is open to all majors and gives you a hands-on introduction to international politics, focusing on how countries interact economically, politically, and militarily.
đ©âđ« Instead of one professor, you’ll learn from a variety of lecturersâgiving you a broader perspective than the typical American classroom.
đ You’ll keep a daily journal to reflect on what you’re learning, take midterm and final exams, and go on guided excursions to some of the UKâs most iconic cultural spots: Oxford, Cambridge, London, Bath, and Windsor Palace.
Is this a chaperoned program?
𧳠You’re in chargeâand supported every step of the way
Since this program is for students 18 and older, youâll have the freedom to explore and learn without being chaperoned. Youâll be treated as an adult while in Britain, which means following local laws and using good judgmentâjust like you would at home.
đ Your college or universityâs student code of conduct still applies while abroad, and you’ll have access to professors and staff who are there to help. Theyâll guide you through local customs, transportation tips, and must-see spots.
đșïž All group excursions will be led by certified guides, and you’ll be part of a close-knit group that looks out for each other using a âbuddy systemââso no oneâs ever navigating alone.
Where Will I live?
đĄ Welcome to OxfordâYour Home Away from Home
